Adam Zickerman

Flagstaff Criminal Defense Attorney

Adam Zickerman began his legal career at The Office of the Attorney General in Lansing, Michigan in 2001. In August of 2002, he relocated to Arizona where he continued his legal focus in criminal law at the Apache County Attorney’s Office. In August of 2005, Adam was nominated for felony prosecutor of the year. In December of 2005, Adam Zickerman furthered his focus when he moved to Flagstaff and worked as a Deputy County Attorney at the Coconino County Attorney’s Office handling violent crime, sexually based crimes and special prosecutions.

Our Flagstaff criminal defense attorney has handled hundreds of criminal cases and dozens of trials – both jury and bench (just to the judge) pertaining to Driving Under the Influence, Aggravated Assaults, all types of Sexual Crimes, and Homicides. Between 2007 and 2010, Adam taught on a state and national level to prosecutors and law enforcement alike – courses pertaining to child crimes, investigations, and teaching prosecutors how to prosecute. He has taught for National District Attorney Association, National Center for the Prosecution of Child Abuse, Arizona Prosecuting Attorney Advisory Council, and Arizona Homicide Investigation Association. Locally he has taught at Coconino Community College from 2006 to 2010 (paralegal and administration of justice programs courses including family law, evidence, constitutional law, criminal law, wills and trusts, and research and writing). He then continued his role as a professor at Northern Arizona University, teaching criminal law and defense of homicide and sexual offense.

Adam Zickerman, in 2010, joined The Glazer Law Office, PLLC, handling a wide array of criminal and civil cases. From 2012 to 2016, Adam was a federal prosecuting attorney (Assistant United States Attorney) handling violent crimes, sexual crimes, all drug offenses, and homicides.
