Following graduation from ASU West with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1994, Ms. Browning obtained her Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Browning has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2007, and was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. Through 2009, Ms. Browning was a prosecutor until she entered private practice focusing upon family law matters. Since then, Ms. Browning has obtained favorable rulings from the Arizona Court of Appeals in family law.
Ms. Browning has been practicing with Zickerman Law Office since she returned to Flagstaff in 2017.
Family law matters are particularly stressful for parties, and Ms. Browning understands that it is not just a legal case, but that each matter is someone’s personal life. While maintaining compassionate attention to her client’s legal needs and goals, Ms. Browning remains focused upon an attention to detail required in successful litigation.
Ms. Browning’s practice encompasses divorce, separation, grandparent’s rights, child custody and child support, parenting time/visitation, post-decree litigation, retirement and employment benefit packages, with an appreciation for the unique nuances of military members in these matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, guardianships/conservatorships, terminations/severances, dependencies, adoptions, (Q)DRO’s, and appellate cases, as well as probate, criminal, and juvenile matters.
