Adam and I go way back, and when it came time to seek assistance with gaining guardianship for my elderly mother, I reached out. At the time, Zickerman Law had just employed an associate that specialized in this area, and we engaged them to represent us. As it were, the associate quit just 6 weeks into our process, which left me and my family in a significant pickle with looming deadlines and hearings and no one to represent us. Adam represented my fiancé in his court battles with two women who were hell-bent on ruining his life and taking everything from not only him but the kids as well. These women thought they had the case in the bag simply because they 'birthed' said children. When it came time to go to court, Adam instantly set the record straight and made it clear that it was not going down that way. Not only did he go against another local attorney, but he was also faced with a 'Highly Over Paid' Scottsdale attorney. I believe the 'Scottsdale' attorney has a completely different opinion of our 'mountain town' attorney Adam Zickerman now. The rulings came back, we will finally have peace from these two women. I had been dealing with a contentious family law case with a high-conflict ex for nearly 8 years (false allegations in other districts, appeals, etc.). When the case appeared again, we asked Mr. Zickerman to represent us hoping the family could finally find some peace. From the start, we could not have been happier with our choice. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He quickly was able to review the lengthy history of the case and see things as they were. I also appreciated that he evaluated us as well, which has always been a good indicator of integrity to me. He is able to be both very knowledgeable in family law and practical in terms of common sense. He and his team were extremely attentive and responsive to our case. He was also able, with permission, to run with large portions of the case, which was necessary after 8 years of having to process everything on top of life. In the end, Adam and the team were able to execute on the case, and the result we felt was in the best interests of the family. Everyone is breathing a sigh of relief and remembering what some serenity is like without daily conflict. I could not recommend Adam and the firm more highly.
